Bloomberg Money Minute: Wall Street Stocks Fall as Rate Hike Fears Rise
非农数据超预期直接引发市场对美联储政策转向的重新定价，导致美股三大指数集体收跌。投资者需关注本周剩余交易日的波动及下周FOMC会议前的资金面变化。
This is a Bloomberg money minute. Wall Street ends a week of gains with some modest losses. Today, that follows a strong August jobs report with a surprise 162,000 jobs added. That's fueling bets that the Federal Reserve will have to hike interest rates when it meets in about two weeks time in order to drive inflation lower. And at the close today, the Dow down 272 points. That's half of 1% lower. The Nasdaq lost 77.

The S&P down by 29. The big gainer shares of the action camera maker GoPro continuing on a tear up another 22% today on news its being bought out by a defense contractor. Starman optical oil edging a little higher today, close at $91.48 a barrel. Now, even though there's no end in sight to the war against Iran. Treasury Secretary Scott Benson today predicted that oil prices will plummet to as low as $40 a barrel once that war ends and the global markets get flooded with crude.
