The CFTC just proposed its own clarity act issuing its first round of federal rules ever written for crypto markets by the CFTC. CFTC Chairman Mike Celich took to the press today to share the two big changes he wants to make as far as the CFTC regulating markets. Today, the CFTC is doing its part to deliver clear rules of the road for crypto asset markets with its advanced notice of proposed rulemaking on regulation crypto asset transactions and regulation crypto asset markets, which is now live on the CFTC's website.

These rules would codify a pathway for crypto asset exchanges to operate under uniform national oversight by the CFTC pursuant to the same statutory authorities that the prior administration instead utilized to regulate by enforcement. two new rulemaking frameworks. One of the rulemaking frameworks has to do with regulating crypto asset transactions, giving clarity so people are free to transact in crypto. And the other is to provide clear rules of the road for crypto markets.

So crypto markets can grow in the United States of America. more options for more people, more money coming into this space now that clear rules of the road start now. I love this little hype video that Mike Celig put out himself saying breaking news, talking about how bad crypto used to be, where we came from, highlighting crypto punks, very crypto native video, and ultimately making sure that industry participants, markets, players, institutions around the world understand that clear rules of the road start now.

I think rules of the road that are there at the beginning that people say, you know, we got a cop on the beat. The CFTC is well suited to play an increasingly central role in [music] overseeing the cash digital asset commodity market.

I believe that this is an industry that [music] absolutely positively has to be regulated and has to protect consumers.

Well, I think that it's very much now the the time for the CFTC, my former agency and the SEC to step forward in the gap here and write rules for this new innovation the same way that I was able to do when I was at the CFTC. It's absolutely [music] critical that we have federal standards for crypto assets. And right now, we've dealt with a patchwork of state laws and regulations. And it's this is the official proposal on the CFTC website now made available for industry participants and regulators to provide comments.

And the comments that we're seeing from crypto industry leaders are very positive on this. Brian Armstrong saying, "Great to see the CFTC moving forward on rulemaking for crypto, opening up the public comment period. Thank you, chairman, for your leadership." Tyler Winklvoss explaining clear rules of the road for crypto are incoming. The future is bright. And of course, this is in line with what we have been seeing regulators and the industry doing.

Just in, the SEC moves even more forward with its pro crypto regulation, greenlighting its first ever 3x leveraged Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs. Breaking news, the US Treasury and Fininsen withdraw two major crypto proposals that were harmful for the industry that targeted self-custody and mixers. If these would have been implemented, the rules could have significantly expanded reporting and surveillance and monitoring because this has been withdrawn.

This is very positive for the crypto industry.

Well, update the weekly RSI is back above the mid level, but that doesn't mean the best part is behind us because last cycle we reclaimed the RSI midpoint quickly as well and price kept running for years and you can feel the momentum gaining in the market.

Altcoin dominance breakout, a fiveyear breakout for altcoin dominance. In fact, altcoin market cap just hit its highest monthly close of 2026 with MACD turning bullish for the first time since February of 25. The next altcoin season could be massive. So, the bull market is returning. Let's talk about six altcoins I think are about to do really well and expect big moves because order books are getting thin and that's going to create massive moves when the price is ready to run.

Right now, Ethereum has large sell orders around $3,000. But if we can get past this, a pump to 4K could actually happen really fast. It is very clear if you talk to Wall Street and institutions that Ethereum is winning the capital markets race. That's why Joe Chalom, former Black Rockck, now Sharplank is so bullish on Ethereum. But even he admits Salana is bullish. A lot of individual chains are bullish. So he kind of lists out why he's bullish on Ethereum, but why he's bullish on the coins he's about to list.

I don't think we should be in a world where one chain dominates everything. I think there are going to be a series of chains who in different domains have expertise. I believe very strongly in Sharplink has been built on this conviction that Ethereum is winning the capital markets use case and is going to be winning a lot of the agentic finance use case. But there are other great chains. Solana is doing well in memecoins.

Others are doing well in payments. Others will do well in specialized fields. We should live in an omni chain world as long as those chains are truly decentralized and no one person can change the rules of the game. And Ethereum is that leading decentralized blockchain where it's not owned by anyone. And uh you can trust that the rules won't change. But I'm not suggesting there should be another infrastructure monopoly.

We're going to live in an omni chain world and each will have a specialization. Ethereum is where the liquidity is and where capital markets is. And that's why you've seen ETH the token rally over 70% in the last three months because they see institutional adoption and agentic finance coming.
