美国加密清晰法案7月4日前通过“逻辑上不可能”
GIANT CRYPTO NEWS HAPPENING NOW! (Major Clarity Act News)
Obviously, people feel like the Senate's running out of time to get the Clarity Act passed before the August recess. >> We want to make sure that the United States remains the crypto capital of the world. The president's been very clear on changing the way that we regulate [music] in the United States. >> Digital assets is a part of the future of finance. So, every single industry will want to be a part of that. >> On the Wall Street side, traditional financial institutions, while prices are down, most people involved in digital assets are pretty positive. >> Something important is happening in crypto right now. Bitcoin is getting ready for its next big move, and most investors are either ignoring it or underestimating it. Crypto is at a major decision point, and what happens next could set the tone. Let's start here. Bitcoin rises above $64,000 as Pakistan's Prime Minister confirms a US-Iran peace deal is close. Obviously, we've heard Trump announce news like this before, and he is announcing it this time as well. US-Iran peace deal to be signed on Sunday, Trump says. But, what's really adding credibility is Pakistan's Prime Minister confirming this. Peace deal in next 24 hours. If true, this would be huge for Bitcoin. So, again, this peace deal could just be President Trump wanting to create a positive environment for Elon Musk's SpaceX IPO, for the UFC Freedom 250 event this weekend for his birthday, or it could be more real than we think. If a peace deal between the US and Iran is reached, expect volatility. Expect Bitcoin to move. In addition, what we're looking towards next week is new Fed Chair Kevin Warsh, his first FOMC meeting. A lot of other Fed chairs might hike rates under these conditions with inflation rising last report. Most people are expecting Kevin Warsh to just hold the rates at his first meeting. And then moving forward, we expect Kevin Warsh to be cutting rates. Also, to be updating an archaic system. After next week's FOMC meeting, all eyes are on July 4th for the Crypto Clarity Act. Guys, by the way, smash the like button if you're getting value in today's video. Will the Crypto Clarity Act still pass by July 4th?
Well, recently on the Crypto in America podcast, White House Digital Asset Executive Director Patrick Witt was asked this question in front of the panel, and he announced they're making great progress on all fronts every day. He's still optimistic. He says we're doing a lot of work behind the scenes. >> The White House set a goal of July 4th for the Clarity Act to be passed. Is that still the timeline you guys are working with, or have your expectations shifted?
>> No, I think we're we're still making great progress across the the three areas that Democrats senators had raised as ones that they wanted to see progress on. So, every day we're doing the trifecta, either mornings or afternoons on on Ag, mornings or afternoons on on ethics, and then the Digital Asset RCA as that third one. So, we're making progress on all fronts every day. Groups are at the table trading paper, and so I I'm still optimistic that we could hit that timeline, but you know, we're we're doing a lot of work behind the scenes. Now, the latest news on this, according to journalist and podcast host Eleanor Terrett, hitting the timeline of passing the Clarity Act into law by July 4th at this point, logistically impossible. Before the August recess is literally their last chance before midterms, in my opinion. Tim Scott went on TV just yesterday claiming that the Crypto Clarity Act will pass before August. He says it's coming, period. Big if true. Listen. >> Obviously, people feel like the Senate's running out of time to get the Clarity Act passed before the August recess. >> The fact of the matter is that even JP Morgan is now getting involved in stable coins. Why?
Because digital assets is a part of the future of finance. So, every single industry will want to be a part of that, including banks. So, what we're talking about today is how do we set the rules of the road so that we protect our consumers. Job one is making sure that consumers are protected. Job two, making it less expensive to do business in America and easier to do it 24/7. Blockchain and digital assets allows us to get there faster. It's coming, period. >> And just to be clear, the Clarity Act is huge for this industry. Patrick Witt explains the single biggest change crypto companies and investors should expect after the Clarity Act passes. >> I want to get your take on crypto and and market structure though, Mr. Chairman. What do you believe will be the singest biggest change investors and and crypto companies should expect over the next year?
>> Certainty and clarity. That's why the bill's named Clarity, right? We want to make sure that the United States remains the crypto capital of the world. The president's been very clear on changing the way that we regulate in the United States. We're not regulating by enforcement and opaque rules. We're setting clear rules, but having that in statute is going to be critical. We want to cement that, make sure that the next administration, if it's a Democrat administration that's hostile to crypto like the last one, we want to make sure they can't tear apart all of our rules. We want you the United States to lead on crypto, and this statute's going to help us do it. >> Yeah, that that's exactly right. And certainly President Trump wants America to be the crypto capital of the world. But look, the Senate is running out of time to get the Clarity Act passed before the August recess. There are only 16 legislative days left for the house before they take their August recess. >> So, smart money is buying at these levels, not selling. This is a phenomenal area to be building a position in Bitcoin, especially with all the tailwinds that could be ahead of us. People wait years for these moments. They always say, "I wish I could have bought so much more in the bear." Just like here, just like here, just like here, and just like here. Historically speaking, this is a phenomenal time to be in Bitcoin. Because metrics and indicators and charts continue to pile up showing us things you see around the cycle bottom. For instance, Bitcoin weekly bullish RSI divergence. Take a look at this. Price is going down, RSI is trending up. Same divergence formed at the last bear market bottom, right here. Taking a look at Bitcoin on the monthly, a pattern like this has only happened once before. A wick below, then close above the 50 simple moving average and log Bollinger bands has only happened once before. You can see that right here. Only happened once before at the end of the 2015 bear market. Bitcoin hitting the 200-week moving average has always been a great time to buy. However, not necessarily indicative of the absolute bottom. There's a strong chance Bitcoin holds this level here, but if not, the 300-week moving average right now is around 54,000. Maybe in a few weeks we'll be closer to 56,000. It's possible Bitcoin reaches these levels. It's possible Bitcoin bounces from here. Schwab's director of crypto research says there is strong support at 60 thousand. >> As far as levels, what are you watching right now?
Because I remember last weekend we did fall through that 60K mark, which even Michael Saylor had said to me here at the New York Stock Exchange he thought was the bottom. >> We've been vocal that we think there's pretty strong fundamental support near [clears throat] $60,000. And that's what we saw. Just because there's support doesn't mean you can't briefly trade through there. If you look at that level, that's the 200-week moving average, and that's typically been an an area of support in these large bear markets. Additionally, you have miners with the lowest energy costs and the most efficient ASIC fleets, and they mine in the low $60,000 as well. So, that's the cost for them to produce a Bitcoin. So, it's a a good fundamental level where again Bi
