With this project, I wanted to kind of showcase what we were doing with Astra, a combination of computer use, some of the new physical engineering capabilities, and also just something really fun. I really, really don't like having to like open my laptop and like [music] whisper my sweet nothings into codecs.

I think it would be so cool if we have a Codex P that's kind of on the display and then it has, you know, a pushto talk button. I really like talking to something. It makes it feel alive. This is my first time [music] actually going from a bearboard to assembled PCB, which was super daunting, but I told chat what I wanted, gave it some plans, and I designed the board. Obviously, took a few reps with the factory, but this is what came back. [music] We made a lot of parallel design candidates.
