Following positive results from the 10 millisecond speed bump on SOL, XRP and HYPE perpetuals, we are extending the 10 millisecond speed bump to BTC and ETH linear perpetual futures.
鉴于 SOL、XRP 和 HYPE 永续合约在 10 毫秒速度限制上取得积极成果，我们将把 10 毫秒的速度限制扩展至 BTC 和 ETH 线性永续期货。
The change will take effect on 23 September 2026 at 09:00 UTC and remain in effect until further notice.

BTC and ETH inverse perpetual futures are not subject to the speed bump as part of this change.
