This is a Bloomberg Money minute. OpenAI says it's now working with its rivals, Anthropic and Google DeepMind, to address AI safety issues, and says it'll support bipartisan proposals aimed at addressing the potential catastrophic risks from AI technology that some insiders have warned about. President Trump against all efforts to impose AI guardrails, calling fears about AI threats a hoax. It's another rough day on Wall Street ahead of tomorrow's decision from the fed on interest rates expected to be a small increase.

Also, a rise in bond yields to a nearly two decade high and another spike in the price of oil. The Dow right now down almost 1%, the Nasdaq down three quarters percent, the S&P half a percent lower and oil up more than 3% to 104 65 a barrel.
