We are joined by Arvealiss Bonia Ramos. She's Bloomberg News equities reporter. Arvealiss, what do you got for us?

All right, we can start with Aeroby by Ronman. that sticker AVAMV uh gaining after uh the market close about 4% or at least that's where I saw it last. Uh the drone maker reported revenue for the first quarter that beat the average analyst estimate. They also maintained thick eyed outlook for the full year for 2027. But we have to keep it in mind that the company announced last week a huge US Army contract almost 465 million on a their locus laser systems.

This is the first of its kind. So, the company it's really just um you know coming from that big announcement and earnings were seen by analysts as you know noteworthy. They're waiting for the call tomorrow to see what the overarching theme is going to be for the company now that the defense budget is the next thing on the line.

Yeah. Stocks still down 42% year to date.

Yes.

Ouch. Yeah.

Almost 10% of the float is short, too. So, negative sentiment on that, but you're right. Uh we definitely are seeing it um pop around about 2.2% higher here in the aftermarket.

Let's go to the big one.

Well, should we do Apple? That's taker APL. Um it did close down on the red but it's gaining after the market closed after you know unveiling its first photoable um smartphone the iPhone deal which I have to say I recently upgraded my iPhone 8 to a 17

and I'm kind of like I should have waited but um

you know before we upgrade or do something or purchase I feel like right we talked to Mark German and like is this the time to upgrade or

says yes to me so we're talking Apple a phone is old AAPL is the tick Are you ready to get a foldable phone?

She I I literally just got an Apple uh iPhone 17 and I love it and I got and I got the really basic one, too. So, it's not like I went with all the, you know, bells and whistles. So, I'm really having fun.

Plenty of people who recently bought phones are going to be getting a foldable phone. I can tell you that

it can go as much as almost $3,200.

Yes.

For the priciest.

It's pricey. They also raised the base price for their the iPhone 18, which is the newer uh model that they brought in um in that big event,

but we knew that was going to happen. The memory cost I don't think there was a lot of

surprise in that. The memory the memory costs we we telegraphed back in June.

True. I know. I know.

Okay. What else? What else?

That's interesting. It's up because it bounced around.

What else?

No, sorry. But it bounced around in the regular trade and it's interesting to see that it's a slight uptick here uh in the aftermarket. Yeah, the first reaction was very much just like I guess we knew it was coming, but maybe tomorrow we'll see what what's going to happen. We also have American Eagle Outfitters, they are falling about 11% after the market closed. That's AEO. Um while EPS and revenue was a beat, same store sales came below Wall Street's consensus.

Um, according to data compiled by Bloomberg, that was a one of their stores uh was the one smack down 11% here in the aftermarket.

I got news for you, Carol Master. I don't shop anywhere. I don't know if you can tell by my wardrobe. There's not much shopping that's happening.

Well, the interesting thing with the and this is something that I wanted to just keep in mind. The company received IPA refunds during the second quarter. So that benefited the quarter.

So then everybody who shopped there gets tariff refunds now too. Is that right?

Oh, you've gotten your check yet?

Oh yeah, totally. No, you can buy a new iPhone with with your tariff refund check.

Yeah. Yeah. The outlook is also sort of like inclusive of that tariff. So it's it's like are you doing well? Are you not doing well?

It's been under a lot of pressure.

Yeah. 36% year to date with uh 11% of the float short.

Yeah. You don't shop there? Do you think Tim should shop there? He could. I mean, I think he could.

No.

If it involves going into a store, I'm not going to do it.

Do you ever go into a store? Come on.

Not if I cannot help it.

Ski boots.
