We can do that with Carmen Reincke. She's deputy team leader for US equities joining us live here in studio. Carmen, what are you looking at today?

Yeah, so the first thing I'm looking at, we just heard a little bit about it, but shares of Meta, so ticker META. The stock is up about just a little over 5% right now. Um this is the best move in just over a month for shares of Meta Platforms here. And so it's after there's been some positive reactions to its new AI assistant called Muse. Um Mizuho Securities writing that this could be the beginning of a substantial product cycle for Meta that is not priced into shares.

Um this is pretty pretty substantial I would say because so Meta stock is down nearly 20% from its record high in uh let me see, last August. So it's been a little all over the place, so some green on the screen today for Meta.

Good for them. But they say Muse, among other things, will be able to negotiate on your behalf.

Hm? Really?

No, Colin, I don't want to work early tomorrow.

Yes, [laughter] exactly. That's how it works.

A fictional conversation there John McCurry was holding. Um what's your next stock, Carmen?

Yeah, so uh on sort of on the flip side here, I'm looking at shares of Casey's General Stores, so this is ticker C A S Y. This is the biggest laggard on the S&P 500 today. This is a convenience store operator, so it does gas and like it's a gas station with uh some like some shop other shopping as well. So um stock is down 16 17% right now. This is the worst intraday since March of 2020. Um the company reported a miss on first quarter fuel gross profit and maintained its fiscal 2027 outlook.

Um, they're Yeah, they're sensitive to to oil prices.

I I've never heard of this uh Casey's.

It's a regional thing in the Midwest, yeah.

Okay. Oh, Ankeny, Iowa. Ankeny, Iowa is where their corporate headquarters is, but it's a $22.5 billion market cap company. It's big.

It's not a great year. I mean, this is a pretty significant drop, but it was really outperforming kind of up until

Bloomberg Intelligence has a research note on it. So, if you want to learn about it, BI go.

All right, another uh name in the red today are shares of ServiceTitan. This is ticker TTAN. Stock is down 30% right now. This is a record intraday drop for the company. Um, so it The software company also reported earnings. Third quarter revenue forecast short of expectations. Um, Bloomberg Intelligence highlights the company's slowed scaling of its agentic AI product, which is called Max. So, we've I mean, we've seen software struggle

Yeah.

for the last year or so. Um, and this is just show, you know, an earnings report showing that not what investors want.

I'm going back to Casey's. I can't I've been putting tight tickers into a Bloomberg terminal for 40 years. Never heard of this company. It went public back in 1983.

I was surprised you haven't heard of it. I mean, I'm from the Midwest, so

branded as Casey's?

Yeah, Casey's General Stores.

It's like the Wawa of Iowa, I guess.

There was nothing quite like it.

in Iowa know about Wawa?

I don't know.

People in Iowa know about Wawa?

I didn't know about Wawa until a sibling went to college in Pennsylvania.
