月之暗面秘密递交港股IPO申请，拟估值500亿美元

Kimi's parent company Moonshot AI has reportedly filed confidentially for a Hong Kong IPO and plans to raise funds at a $50B pre-money valuation.

A confidential filing can keep the application proof off HKEXnews, so no public prospectus is expected at this stage.

Demand was already straining capacity after K3's release, while Moonshot's reported ARR had reached roughly $300M in June.

Moonshot then closed a $3.5B financing round at a reported $35B valuation in July, before beginning talks around the new $50B pre-money figure.
