Anthropic拟9月底至10月初IPO，融资规模或超860亿美元

As the summer nears its end. We still have a couple more days. It's not over yet. The countdown is on to the next big IPO, and that's anthropic. Scarlet Fu is here with what we know so far about the AI startups long awaited listing. Yeah, that's right Danny. Anthropic IPO will likely fall somewhere between late September to early October, depending on how quickly the company files its paperwork to regulators. According to Bloomberg reporting, anthropic also needs to finalize its revolving credit facility, decide on which banks beyond the three already announced will lead the offering and hold an analyst day.

Now, for now, anthropic expects to raise as much as space in its record setting Duracell, which was just over $86 billion. Once you include the over allotment option that's left other companies also looking to go public rushing to get ahead of this giant IPO. They include cloud computing firm and scale smart ring maker Aura Health, along with power providers Greco and Cobalt Power. Now, separately, anthropic has emerged as a key customer for data center power.

It's signed a $35 billion deal with this week with Lamda, which is an Nvidia backed cloud provider. Last month, it signed a $45 billion deal to rent capacity from scale in West Virginia. And before that, it struck a $50 billion data center deal with fluids, tech and a $45 billion agreement with SpaceX. So lots of activity here before this IPO.
