This is a Bloomberg money minute. Russia's finance minister and U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Besson have met on the sidelines of a G-20 gathering in North Carolina. The two officials discuss bilateral financial cooperation and cooperation within the G20, according to a statement. The talks mark a rare high level contact between the U.S. and Russian economic teams as relations remain strained over the war in Ukraine and sweeping Western sanctions imposed on Russia.

Liv golf could file for bankruptcy protection as early as next week. The Financial Times says the league, in recent days is in settlement offers to the current Liv players, who are owed millions and guaranteed payouts passed this year, with those initial offers at just a few cents on the dollar. And the US Federal Trade Commission is preparing to sue Amazon over claims the company misled advertisers on prices. A group of states is set to join the potential lawsuit, which could lead to civil penalties just before Wall Street closes.
