We have to start off with biioentech. That is ticker BNTX. Those ADRs currently slumping about 7.3% most intraday since March and that's after biotech discontinued a mid-stage trial of its personalized cancer vaccine to treat colctal cancer. This news is also sending shares of Merc and Madna lower despite them actually having positive data earlier this month for their personalized vaccine to treat skin cancer. Wow.

However, they're highlighting that investors are definitely going to be raising questions about whether this vaccine induced immune responses can actually prevent the recurrence of cancer and that is definitely going to be a big question going forward.

And that's after Bloomberg exclusively reports that a consortium of buyout firm Advent and also Stripe decided to abandon its pursuit of the fintech firm. The group previously offering more than $50 billion for PayPal according to those people familiar. KBW actually noting that it isn't too surprising that PayPal decided to pass given they probably wanted to get the company for a fairly cheap valuation, but that analyst still continues to see PayPal as an attractive M&A target that we should keep in mind for the next couple of months.

The company also named an industry vet to head up Old Navy which is spurring a lot of positive sentiment across the street as well. Barlay's highlighting that the second quarter results already show GAP's brand momentum and also some sequential improvement at Old Navy.

So definitely something we're going to be keeping an eye on as they try to lean further into the Gen Z.
