Both of those things I think are contributing to this Bitcoin price bump and I personally believe we're at the beginning of the next crypto bull run.

There is so much happening in crypto today. Bitcoin is absolutely skyrocketing. Over two weeks ago, I told you crypto would explode in August. 10 days ago, I told you a hurricane is about to hit this space. One week ago, I showed you an insider has come forward saying the Clarity Act is actually going to pass. Four days ago, I explained to you again, it's not too late. It's literally about to happen. And today, it finally did.

You're here to find out what comes next. So, let's talk about it. So much is happening in crypto today. Let me show you. This was insane to me. I had to clip it and post it on our Twitter. The Coinbase CEO, Brian Armstrong, just told Fox Business that the Crypto Clarity Act is going to pass and Bitcoin is just starting its bull run.

Uh, Bitcoin uh 718 as of right now. Is that because the market senses that the Clarity Act is going to pass?

Yeah, I think that's right. And thanks for having me on the show. So, there's a big Senate vote coming up on September 15th. Leader Thun was good enough to go and schedule that. So, we now have a very clear date when the Senate's going to vote on Clarity Act, and it's been a strong bipartisan compromise, which leads me to believe that it's going to get far more than 60 votes. and the administration just yesterday we had this meeting with the president and the top regulators at the CS SEC and CFTC and that was the big topic of conversation is there was a big sense of urgency from this administration.

Let's get clarity done. Let's get it over the line. It's all coming to light as the Robin Hood CEO has just revealed and admitted that himself and other crypto industry leaders have been calling senators during this summer recess sometimes at 3:00 a.m. all to help pass the Clarity Act, saying, "We're working together as an industry for the benefit of ownership of this industry for the American people." even if folks are on recess there there's always the possibility of 3:00 a.m. phone calls and things like that and and

are you conducting any of those. Have you been talking to anybody in this process?

Um yeah, we we have been you know we've we've been engaging throughout and and of course Patrick Wit who's been doing a a great job kind of spearheading this. Uh we we've everyone has just been telling Patrick, you know, he's doing yman's work, just wrangling everyone together and and he's been incredibly motivated to get everything across across the line. We just said, "Hey, if you need uh if you need more conversations, if there's anything we could do, we can of course uh we're we're working together as an industry for the benefit of of uh ownership of of this industry for the American people.

Crypto's biggest enemies are all starting to come around as one after another banks are now endorsing the Clarity Act. Goldman Sachs, City Bank, BNY Melon, Fidelity, and Black Rockck. Of course, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong says, "I think the Clarity Act is actually good for banks. I think most banks are recognizing that. Most of the banks have realized at this point that this is an opportunity, not a threat.

There's actually a number of banks who've come out and endorsed the Clarity Act. Um Goldman Sachs, uh City, BNY, and and other financial services firms, by the way, too, like Fidelity and Black Rockck have all come out and endorsed it. So, I think the the bill is actually very good for banks. Most banks recognize that it gives them new powers that allow them to grow their business and with this new technology, which is great.

Uh there's still a few holdout banks, I would say, that are against it. And and the reason is plain and simple. They don't want competition from crypto companies. They don't want to have to pay higher rates to their customers. And you know, competition is what this is what made America great, right? Free market competition. That's what is the ultimate consumer protection that creates better outcomes for everybody. So obviously um folks in the Senate are not going to stand for that.

That you know people don't want protectionist behavior from a small group of incumbents. And so I think most of the banks have realized at this point that this is an opportunity. It's not a threat and we've got to get these clear rules so this industry can be built here in America.

I'm actually surprised how confidently Brian Armstrong is seems to be doing a press tour announcing that new information has come to light and it is going to pass. Both sides got 90% of what they want. I mean, listen for yourself. He seems confident.

You say it's a winning vote at this point.

I'm pretty optimistic it'll get over 60 votes and I think both sides got 90% or so of what they want, which you know in any deal I've been a part of that you say yes to that deal. Um, and like like any good negotiation, there's a few last minute things people would want something a little bit more or less. But now it's really good that we have a deadline September 15th. And I've got to give credit to Leader Thun who scheduled that.

There's a lot of competition for that floor time. There's a lot of competing interest. He would not have scheduled this on September 15th if he didn't think it would pass.

And Brian Armstrong is now predicting a 300K to 400k Bitcoin in the next four years. This like a 78x in the next four years.

I got 20 seconds left. Would you forecast $100,000 Bitcoin by the end of this year?

I think there's a good chance. Um I don't know exactly what I think over the next couple years. If I say 2030, I think it's very likely we'll see a 300,000 and $400,000 Bitcoin and we'll see how it goes.

I think we can get to at least 75,000 in the very short term. But for the long term, this is interesting. Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson says crypto needs a whole new narrative for the next part of the bull run to really take off. If we want to embrace a new generation, we want to bring 10 trillion dollars in and billions of people in. We need a new narrative for cryptocurrencies, something beyond better, faster, cheaper or this financial product and this product and Coinbase.

We need the narrative that it's with you in life wherever you take it and it makes life simpler, safer, more private, and easier for everybody. And that's what we've been trying to do for the last few years. Narrative follows price. Narrative will follow price. When the price goes up, a new narrative will appear. And make no mistake about it, we're in no shortage of bullish narratives going forward. Breaking X is considering paying content creators with stable coins.

And when the Clarity Act passes, we're going to be seeing news like this, except it's going to say X is considering using Ethereum or Salana for its platform. I love this perspective from Bitcoin and ETH OG DC investor. Four years ago, the narrative was Bitcoin as a store of value. Three years ago, the narrative was programmable Ethereum and ICOs. Two years ago, the narrative was rudimentary DeFi and NFTts. Last cycle the narrative was memecoins.

This cycle the narrative looks like it will be the entire financial system going onchain to settle 247 across border payments. It sort
