Institutional interest in hyperliquid:native is getting harder to ignore.

Multicoin Capital recently invested $100M+ into HYPE, with GP Spencer Applebaum highlighting Hyperliquid’s ability to generate real cash flow rather than relying purely on speculative demand.

Now, wallets linked to Monetalis appear to be making a similar move: → Sold 3.72M $UNI (~$13M) through Cumberland → Acquired 171,543 hyperliquid:native (~$9.56M)

Monetalis is a financial services and asset advisory firm focused on bridging TradFi, DeFi and RWAs, best known for helping MakerDAO gain exposure to U.S. Treasuries through its Clydesdale structure.

Institutional investors appear to be increasingly viewing Hyperliquid as a productive financial platform with real revenue and cash flow, rather than just another crypto protocol.

And with the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF ($HYPG) now providing regulated market exposure, the institutional HYPE thesis could continue to develop.

HYPE is increasingly becoming an institutional crypto trade.
