As a finance team, one of the hardest parts of quarter ed isn't just getting to a number. It's knowing whether you can stand behind that number. For this close, I have one question. Can I close the quarter with confidence? I'm engaging the quarter close skill. It pulls posted actuals from Netswuite, compares them with the board outlook in Google Drive, and turns both into governed closed evidence. Let's take a look at the results.

Everything is documented with source data. So I can see how we're missing the plan any accounts that have started to track in an unfavorable direction. Because we've identified the four release gates we need to get through, it's time to build out a plan. So they know exactly what to do to move from conditional go to go. Now I've taken a close process which can span days down a faster path. Agents are doing the work and finance owns the outcome.
