美国7月成屋销售降至三个月低点，房价创同期新高

This is Bloomberg money minute and most read stocks have been drifting between some gains earlier today and then losses this hour, and changing hopes for a deal between the U.S. and Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Crude oil futures were lower earlier in the day amid some earlier optimism. Now they are higher, and that's triggering inflation concern ahead of a consumer inflation report coming out tomorrow. Another slowdown last month in the housing market, the one two punch of sky high home prices and elevated mortgage rates combining to send sales of existing homes in July down by nearly 2% from the month prior, down 2.7% year over year to a three month low, according to the National Association of Realtors.
