Just getting these headlines right now. So talk about the whipsaw that we're seeing in headlines out of the Middle East that the U.S. has fired on a ship that was breaking the blockade of Iran. This coming from sources again. This goes to the question of we had been seeing Pakistani officials saying that there was some good rhetoric coming between the U.S. and Iran. Now, according to an official cited by the Wall Street Journal, that the U.S. fired on a Panama flagged ship early this morning.

Emory. Yeah. So this military, this official is saying a U.S. military helicopter fired at the rudder of the ship after its crew ignored the warnings from the American personnel that are enforcing this blockade. And it sounds like that they were appearing to attempt a transfer of its crew to another vessel. Um, what's interesting about all of this and this coming right now, at this moment in time, is that basically within the last hour, the market has interpreted headlines as a direction towards peace.

And now, once again, a direction towards more conflict in the region. You can see WTI now up almost 2%. And you could see this being trickling uh, being filtered into markets, diminishing some of the gains that we saw earlier as people reassess just how equal, uh, the idea of peace could be.
