Let's start with Huelet Packard Enterprise ticker HPE right now up about 5%. This did come after Morgan Stanley analyst upgraded shares uh to overweight from inqual weight. The big driver for this uh that stood out to me at least uh increasingly clear according to the analyst that enterprises are viewing memory chipflation as a structural headwind and rather than delaying or deferring some of those purchases until pricing cools, they're actually pouncing on the ability to get their hands on it.

So again, HPE upgraded company uh Morgan Stanley also upgraded uh shares of Everpure. The big thing again going back to what we've been hearing from these companies is people are showing up and buying. If you want compute, if you want chips, if you want pretty much anything under the sun to build out AI infrastructure, you need to pay top dollar. And HPE right now up 5% trending back towards those June highs. Stocks up 171% in the last 12 months.

Which it's also interesting because again, this is almost a half trillion dollar company. So $15 billion follow on if you kind of strip out some of the cryptoe deals and you're really looking at alongside the Google deal earlier this year, Boeing's massive funding package uh from a couple years back, T-Mobile and some like Charles Schwab deals. So $15 billion in stock that we expect to price later this evening. Another example of some of these AI companies leaning away from debt to try to raise some funds.

Bareric Mining, ticker B, down 8.5%. Uh, biggest drop since earlier this year back in March. Earnings were fine, but this does come, we've been kind of hotly anticipating it on the ECM desk. Uh, partnership JV with them and Numont Corp to spin out and carve out some of their North American assets. This deal reflects the barrack stake at $1.95 billion. The street was looking for closer to 3.85. So a big delta there about 2x.
