And what do we do on this show? Well, number one, we like to have fun. You know, [laughter] we like we like to have good clean fun on this show. And we are going to be answering a bunch of your questions on pretty much anything. AI agents, life startups. Uh, we're going to do a little Q&A in the beginning, a little Q&A at the end, and in the middle, the meat of it, we are going to be picking the most interesting takes, ideas, frameworks from the X timeline, and we're going to be reacting to it.

I I lo I to the Europeans here, guys. I know. I don't know how many of you guys have been to the US. Just the drink game, the drink packaging, just the amount of different options you get over there. In Berlin, where I am, you can basically either drink kombucha or [ __ ] water and anything else in between is just there's nothing. Kombucha or water. That's your options. Go to the US, there's like 7,000 types of coffee.

Constant diarrhea. It's perfect.

All right, so um before I started the stream, I asked, "Does anyone have any questions?" And a bunch of you replied on X. Um but I don't want to just answer the people on that tweet. I know we're all kind of going through something. We're all got ideas. We all want feedback or or maybe you just have a question for us like, you know, it could be really anything. What's Jonathan's, you know, moisturizer routine? Does he even have one? Um

And yeah, there you go. So, anything. Um for for people who don't know Jonathan, uh he's a real entrepreneur. He's built a bunch of stuff. Uh what's what's a quick oneliner on you, Jonathan? I think the biggest uh or the company that you can find which is like my biggest frontfacing customerf facing one is facilitator.com which is literally a corporate largecale training business uh which is kind of random for this audience.

Um but AJ and Smart my design studio that's maybe one that's better known to a lot of people in your audience. Um, but yeah, I build small businesses that are sort of adjacent to the tech space and I just keep doing that basically. Oh, yeah. And I'm Irish originally. That's the important thing you wanted me to say, right?

Yeah. I mean, I I was telling uh Jonathan before we went live that if JC lived in New York or San Francisco, he would be like 50 times more wealthy. He's one of the best like funnel thinkers. Like how do you get people into a product, a service, an app, some software that there is. Um he makes millions of dollars. He does well, but um I think he he could do better if he was stateside.

I mean, yeah, because you guys are all so busy over there. You're all like doing stuff all the time, drinking coffee. You're all like, you know, we're going to start this business. In Europe, I'm in Berlin. I I don't need to be busy all the time. Just I'm on It's summer in Europe right now. I'm on like my sevenmon vacation.

All right, so I'm going to start going through some questions. Um this is coming from the X chat. We got M Peshy says, "When you begin the process of making a company AI native, where do you begin? Is it departmental change where department by department you're changing things or is it companywide? Where do you start and what are first steps?" Uh, for me, I mean, I could spend four hours just talking about this, but the number one thing you can do is to make your company legible.

So, what does that mean? That means that if you're using an LLM, you need to have uh the LM be able to talk to your company. And that means your meeting notes need to be legible from from the LM. That means that uh, you know, your SOPs need to be legible. So basically going through everything in your company and then putting it so that it could be seen by uh you know whatever you know if you're using cloud code if you're using you know the codeex and the open AI ecosystem the Google ecosystem whatever it is just make sure that it's being read and then you start thinking about that's step one and then step two is uh going ro by roll and then basically saying okay this person, what are the jobs to be done for for that person?

So, if it's a social media marketer, they need to do research around what content they should be creating. They need to actually be creating the content. They need to be scheduling the content. They need to be looking at the analytics and then they need to be taking that uh feedback from the analytics and then bringing it back to the front so that they could say we we want more of this content or less of that content.

So, uh, what you end up doing is you build loops. You build, you know, AI employees essentially that end up doing some of those things and then some of those things are you're going to obviously remain human. Those are the two biggest things you can do if you want to go AI native.
