AMD与三星敲定HBM4合同，Helios机架每GPU配432GB

AMD is finalizing a Samsung HBM4 contract for Helios, a rack holding 432GB per GPU.

Lisa Su said the deal is almost closed when asked about it in San Francisco.

Helios is one steel rack with 72 Instinct MI455X GPUs and 18 Epyc Venice CPUs. Networking and software ship inside the same box, so you buy compute by the rack.

Nvidia's Rubin pairs 288GB with each GPU, while MI455X carries 432GB, 50% more.
