Huge, even more data center being built: SpaceXAI is reportedly laying the groundwork for a Texas data-center expansion as large as - or larger than - its roughly 1-gigawatt Memphis footprint.

The Information says the company has explored multiple sites, including new construction and converting an existing warehouse. It has sent data-center employees to Texas and advertised infrastructure roles in Austin, Bastrop and Conroe.

Supermicro’s CEO said his company was helping SpaceXAI build “another new Gigawatt AI datacenter” within a year, although he did not disclose its location.

This makes SpaceX one of the most significant oracles in history and the most important hyperscaler.
