月之暗面被曝筹备港股IPO，估值或超300亿美元

China’s Moonshot AI is reportedly preparing a Hong Kong IPO within six months after Kimi K3 reshaped perceptions of the country’s frontier AI capabilities.

Bloomberg says the company has distributed a shareholder resolution and is closing a funding round that could value the three-year-old startup at more than $30 billion.

Its annual recurring revenue reached $300 million in June, up from $200 million in April. A Chinese AI lab is turning a model breakthrough into a public-market window remarkably fast.

At just over $30 billion, Moonshot would be valued at roughly 3% of Anthropic and 4% of OpenAI, despite Kimi K3 competing near the US frontier.
