And I also want to ask you about the Uber deal. It seems pretty complicated. It's a bunch of delivery hill markets going to Uber and a bunch more going to private equity. Explain it to us. Yeah I mean in this case very simply Uber is it agreed officially confirm that confirmation to buy Delivery Hero €41.50 a share. And it's a big premium to their attempt earlier in the summer or in the spring in May. Um, you know, why would Uber do this?

The same reason that, uh, all of Uber and its smaller peers have looked at M&A. It puts you into markets that you're not already in. So in Delivery Hero's case, 50 markets, uh, that they have operations in um, and it gives uh, you know, Uber something particularly outside of America. Right. I think there's like a lack of understanding really about, uh, how these companies operate. Excuse, um, the complication on the funding side is that it's cash debt.

There's a 4 billion bridge loan. Um, and separately, SSW partners is going to acquire some of the Delivery heroes markets that Uber isn't going to take. Uh, well, if it gets the deal done, you know.
