A new yield vault from @AxisFDN goes live with pre-deposits July 29th on Ethereum Mainnet, targeting 10-20% APY.

It's been a challenging year for us, stablecoin lenders onchain, but it doesn't change the fact this industry is still here and moving forward. DeFi will be led by better builders, better risk-adjusted yields, and better capital allocators, over the long run.

To be frank, I don't think nearly any yields onchain, including double-digit stablecoin yields warrant the risk being taken by investors lately, without betting on a future airdrop that could be worth at least an ROI of 100% or more, even with teams who have an outstanding track record to stand on, and even then, we worry about zero-day exploits.

I've been learning more from the @AxisFDN team, ahead of the pre-deposit launch but DYOR. I've been extra cautious the last 6 months with new teams, the last pre-deposit vault for me being Neutrl, and that token hasn't launched. No shade to them, but just being upfront that no airdrop is ever guaranteed, if you're looking to that as further justification for risking a deposit.
