Admins can set model rules, quotas, budgets, provider access, policies, and auditability in one place.

A developer can route coding assistants through one approved endpoint, while finance sees which app, user, model, and provider caused each AI cost.

Security also gets one place to control tool actions, so an AI system can use approved enterprise tools without getting free rein over sensitive data.
