▷ Everyone claims they do agent payments now, and it's not just Web3. Every Web2 fintech with a card says an agent card is coming. The real blocker for adoption is governance: how do you keep control over the agent?

▷ A horror story: the head of agent safety at Meta's superintelligence lab had all his emails deleted by a Open Claw bot he deployed on his own laptop. The failure mode is always losing control.

▷ Hand an agent an API key with no time-based window or session-based limit, and you've lost the thread. Rotating keys monthly just breaks workflows. The answer is governance built in: scoped, revocable, with a kill switch.
