The Stock Movers Report, your roundup of companies making moves in the stock market, harnessing the power of Bloomberg data.
Let's get look at some of the stocks on the move today. We can do that with Bloomberg's Vildana Hayrić, who's cross-asset reporter for Bloomberg News. [music] She joins us here in our studio. Vildana, what are you looking at today?
Is there anything else to look at besides SpaceX?
fine. Fine. [laughter]
SpaceX, ticker SPCE, shares are slipping for the third straight day and that's after we got news that the Elon Musk-led company said it's going to be selling investment-grade bonds for the first time. So, the company is seeking to raise at least 20 billion from the first bond offering and Bloomberg reported that last week over the last couple of days. But, people are really paying attention to what the what the share prices are actually doing on a day-to-day basis.
So, before the IPO, we had you know, so much interest in what's going to be happening, who's going to be involved, what you know, what the pricing is going to be look like, what the IPO pop might look like. And now, everybody's just watching the ticker tape sort of, you know, what [snorts] what will shares actually do on a day-to-day basis. So, the stock fell as much as 11% this morning.
All right, still a 3-day decline. We'll see if that maybe that turns around by the end of day and you'll help us stay on top of all that. Next stock on your list.
I'm taking a look at Getty Images because the pop in this one today is huge. That's ticker G E T Y. It announced a display agreement with OpenAI, hence the rally.
a little AI play in there.
Of course. So, under this this partnership, Getty Images' licensed content libraries will appear across OpenAI search and discovery experiences with ChatGPT, according to a press release, and so shares were up as much as 136% on Monday, the most in 4 years.
Uh trades at a dollar 30 per share, got a market cap of 544 billion dollars, but a good day uh for them. Uh one more.
One more. We're taking a look at Intel. That's [clears throat] ticker INTC, and the stock is once again uh up today, and that's after uh President Trump said last week that the chipmaker would be working with uh Apple to design and produce semiconductors domestically. And so we had reported last week that this is hap- this had happened, and uh obviously shares of uh Intel had risen. They're extending um gains today uh just another interesting one to be looking at in terms of the government's involvement, President Trump's involvement, what he's been saying about the company, uh and um how the shares are responding.
